2. Data and Purposes

Identity/contact (name, phone, email), transaction (route, date/time, passengers, flight no, amount, payment status) and security (IP address, session logs) data are processed to take and fulfil bookings, collect payment, communicate with you, manage requests/complaints, meet legal and financial obligations and ensure information security.

3. Legal Grounds and Collection

Data is collected through website forms and email/phone contact by automatic or partly automatic means. Legal grounds: necessity for the conclusion and performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (5/2-ç), establishment/exercise/protection of a right (5/2-e) and legitimate interests (5/2-f).

4. Transfers

Data may be transferred, as the service requires, to the driver performing the trip, the payment institution, email/messaging, map, traffic and flight-data providers and competent public authorities. Transfers to providers abroad comply with Article 9 of KVKK.

5. Retention

Booking and invoice records are kept for 10 years; afterwards they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may: learn whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7 and notification of this to recipients; object to a result against you arising from exclusively automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. How to Apply

Send your request with identity-verifying details and a clear description of the request by email to info@tristgo.com, or in writing to Cumhuriyet Mah. 1986. Sk. Atmaca Apt. No: 19 Esenyurt / İstanbul. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest depending on their nature; if you find the response insufficient or receive none, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 14).
