1. Parties (Pre-contract Information)

This text contains both the pre-contract information given to the buyer under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the distance sales agreement. Buyer: the customer who enters their details on the booking form. Seller:

  • Seller: Bilal Aydın (sole proprietorship) — brand: TristGo
  • Address: Cumhuriyet Mah. 1986. Sk. Atmaca Apt. No: 19 Esenyurt / İstanbul
  • Tax office / No: Beylikdüzü / 1110361370
  • Email: info@tristgo.com
  • Phone: +905537024444

2. Subject of the Service

The subject is a chauffeured VIP transfer (passenger transport) service in a Mercedes Vito. Route, date/time, passenger count and total price are shown to the buyer during booking and become final upon the buyer’s confirmation.

3. Price and Payment

The total price is in Turkish Lira and shown in detail at the payment step (including road/bridge toll fees where applicable). Payment is taken by credit/debit card through the payment institution.

4. Performance

The service is performed on the date, time and address stated in the booking. Driver details are emailed before the trip. The buyer is responsible for problems caused by wrong or incomplete address/flight information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, which sets out the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts for services that must be performed on a specific date or period. The booked transfer is a passenger transport service to be performed at a specific date and time, so the buyer acknowledges that the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. This exception does not affect the contractual cancellation right set out under “Cancellation and Refund” below.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before the trip time and the full payment is refunded.

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the trip time are refunded 50% of the payment.

No refund is given if the passenger does not show up (no-show).

If your flight is delayed, the driver waits and no extra fee is charged.

7. Complaints and Disputes

You may send complaints to the seller first. For disputes, within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place; above those limits, to the Consumer Courts.

8. Records and Effect

By confirming the booking the buyer declares to have read and electronically accepted this pre-contract information; the contract is formed when payment is completed. Booking and invoice records are kept for 10 years.
